Rockdale Opera normally holds auditions twice yearly for Principal roles in its productions.
Audition notices are posted on our website auditions page and also on our facebook page. Audition notifications are also emailed to subscribers of our e-news. You can subscribe on our contact page.
All Rockdale productions are sung in English, therefore audition pieces are to be sung in English.
Generally it is also preferred that audition pieces are taken from the work that is to be performed by the Company (unless otherwise stipulated).

We always welcome singers who are interested in joining the Rockdale Opera.

REHEARSALS
We rehearse on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 7.30pm at Coronation Hall, Barden St Arncliffe.
VOLUNTEER/FRONT OF HOUSE
We are always looking for people who hold a current RSA (Responsible Serving of Alcohol) to serve behind the bar. Please email us
